In 2001, the company made a name change to Residence Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd (RHR), to expand to a more in depth tourism industry which includes Specialty Restaurants, Health & Spa Beauty Treatment and Total Building Maintenance Services. On the International front, RHR is registered as Residence International Hotels & Resort Limited.
